Weekly Weigh In (30 min)
During this appointment, we will be doing your weekly weight, measurements, questions, journal review, and picking of new foods.
Initial Weigh In (60 min)
During this session, we will be going over any questions about the protocol, doing initial weights, measurements, pictures, picking out foods, and a quick refresher.
Initial Consult (60 min)
During this session we will be explaining how the program works, how we are different from other programs, and dealing with any questions or concerns about the program.
